2018 Tropical Triathlon:
The Bill Bone Tropical Triathlon is a USAT Sanctioned sprint triathlon/duathlon/aquabike race consisting of a .25 mile swim (or a one mile run for duathlon), a 13 mile bike and a 5k run (no run for aquabike) on the most beautiful course in Palm Beach County. Race route includes spectacular ocean vistas, a bike course that includes a bridge challenge along with a fun downtown loop in the fast 13 mile course. Finish with a run that includes a view of the Snook Island preserve and an Intracoastal path as you sail through Bryant Park and Historic neighborhoods. On your return to the beachside you will be awarded category Medals including "Finisher" medals for taking part in this fast race register, and celebrate your accomplishments.
Swim:
• A quarter-mile ocean swim off Lake Worth Beach in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
• Enjoy the fantastic sunrise on one of Floridas most perfect beaches.
Bike:
• 11-mile course along scenic Federal Highway.
• Starting at Lake Worth Beach, you are challenged over the Intracoastal Bridge before heading down through the quiet, beautiful city streets, cheered on by local residents and visitors alike.
Run:
• The 3.1-mile run is a beautiful course as you once again come over the Intracoastal Bridge, but this time you head through fantastic Bryant Park and run parallel to the Lake Worth Lagoon on smooth surfaces before heading back over the Bridge to the beach finish line.

- I-95 exit at 6 Av S , go north on US-1, go east on Lake Ave to the Beach
