_ The 2019 Quicksilver Waterman's Carolina Cup:
The 2018 Quiksilver Waterman Carolina Cup presented by SurfTech kicks off the race season with 5 courses: a kids race, the Harbor Island Recreational “fun” race, Money Island open race, 6 man outrigger race on Sunday and the renowned Graveyard Elite Race. This is our 8th year. In 2012, the Carolina Cup was the largest race on the East Coast with over 400 paddlers competing in the first day of races. In 2013, we had over 600. In 2014, there were over 700. The 2015 event was one of the most competitive events on record and also deemed the largest SUP event in the world. In 2016, the Carolina Cup grew even more attracting thousands of paddlers to Wrightsville Beach to come together on the East Coast. Each year we try to get better and better.
Expect clinics by the top paddle instructors and certifiers in the world.
