Is your child struggling to learn how to swim, run or bike? Through step by step, engaging activities our certified coaches will help them with their swimming, cycling or running. Our kid-friendly instructors will provide personalized instruction to help overcome fears and teach important skills. Our fun, unique and proven instruction methods have helped many kids experience the joy of these sports. You choose the type of lesson you would like and then we work out what day, time and location work out best. Private lessons truly offer the flexibility some families may need, but also give coaches the ability to focus all their attention on helping the student be the best they can be! We will first assess where they are at, then build a program to meet the needs and goals. We always ensure they will leave with a smile on their face!
Swimming: We can come to your house or meet at a central location. Our swim coach is also known as the swim whisperer is an expert in teaching youth how to swim, focuses on safety, technique, and confidence in the water. Goggles are required as well as a proper fitting swimsuit.
Cycling: Students do not need to have their own bike, we have bikes we can lend out, however, we highly recommend getting a bike they can continue to practice on outside of lessons. A properly fitted bike is essential for your child's comfort and safety. They should be able to sit fully on the seat with their feet flat on the ground. If you are able, please remove training wheels prior to the class we will work with them on balance, maneuvering and more.
Running: Does your child enjoy running, but needs one on one expertise to push and motivate themselves to the next level, or maybe they struggle with running and need some fun activities to motivate and encourage them, our expert running coaches can not only provide the positive encouragement your child needs but also teach them strategies, technique and skills that improve their speed, efficiency and mindset.
