FAQ's

1.)  I'm a Comp swimmer. Will my best time count like a regular meet?
Yes! A false start/DQ will also be called if applicable.

2.)  I am an adult swimmer and I don't know how to/it's been 30years since I used a block. Must I?
No--you can push or dive from the wall too. If interested watch Facebook page for a start clinic prior to Aquadog!

3.)  How will the heats be seeded for my two 50 free races?
When you register you will be asked for a seed time. They will be seeded competitively by time, not by age. However, there will be some special heats depending on entries. There will be a registration field to make heat requests or also suggestions. For example, it would be fun to see a heat of past Gold Nugget Tri winners compete in the 50free, or of certain kids who may have overtaken their parents in speed.

4.)  While heats will be seeded by competitiveness, times, and/or community interest, RESULTS will be organized by age group.
