She Tris presents an all women Aquathon (swim & run) in beautiful Carnes Crossroads. This event is perfect for those who find the bike leg to be a limiting factor of a triathlon and a new challenge for experienced participants. The swim is in a pool and the run is on the flat tree-lined paths of the Carnes Crossroads neighborhood, which makes this the perfect place for your first Aquathon.
The Aqua Girl aims to introduce girls to the sport of aquathon (swimming and running), help promote physical fitness to young girls, and to have all participants feel confident and happy with their accomplishment!
Carnes Crossroads is minutes away from Summerville’s historic downtown district and 25 miles from historic Charleston. Carnes Crossroads neighborhood features traditional homes with a southern style architecture.
