_ The 2018 Luca Hill Bright Light Tie-Dye 5k and Fun Walk:

Welcome to the fourth annual Luca Hill Tie-Dye Bright Light 5k and Fun Walk presented by The Luca Hill Acrania and Anencephaly Foundation. The Luca Hill Bright Light 5k is a crazy colorful fun event that will be gracing Ft.Zumwalt Park July 14,2017!

The Luca Hill Bright Light 5k and Fun Walk is all about celebrating life, having fun, keeping healthy, and spreading Acrania and Anencephaly Awareness through Luca’s rain of bright light colors!

Team Luca Runners will have the time of their life as they race, dance, cartwheel, flip, whatever makes them over the moon happy...all through Fort Zumwalt Park! When they reach ‘Celebration Check-Points’ a rain fall of tie-dye colors will douse them and brighten their race day shirts!

The fun keeps going at the finish line where Luca’s Bright Light Celebration continues with Holi Dust Celebrations, Race Day BBQ, Funky Photo Ops, a DJ Dance Party, Tie Dying fun, medals, trophies and a spectacular Kid Zone!

RACE and FUN WALK HIGHLIGHTS!
-All registered participants will receive a Luca Hill Race Day T-Shirt to wear and be rained upon!
-Custom Acrania and Anencephaly Race Day medals for top 3 finishers in each age bracket                                                                                                                                                                            
-Kids Fun Zone with access to playground

-Funky Photo Ops

POINTS OF INTEREST:

-Be Sure to wear “old” clothes or clothes that you want dyed in Luca’s colors under your Race Day Luca Shirt (Available to all registered participants and given at the Sign-In table)!

-The Tie-Dye Celebration Solution is a non-toxic water soluble dye that should not stain or color skin, however we suggest wearing old clothes 'just in case'.

You may want to bring an extra change of clothes or towels to sit on for your ride home.
