In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, the Friends of the Missouri Breaks Monument (FMB) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) have partnered together for the first-ever Missouri Breaks Triathlon. The race starts and finishes in Fort Benton on July 7, 2018.
The event will take place within the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument and along the Wild and Scenic Missouri River. The triathlon consists of a 20-mile canoe/kayak, a 3.4-mile run, and a 20-mile bike. Athletes can participate as either individuals or teams.
Pre-race day registration on July 6th in Fort Benton is required for all participants. Athletes will be able to check-in from 10 AM- 8 PM, more information will be sent to registrants prior to race day.
