The Sprint Triathlon will be in the 50 meter outdoor pool, bike out into the country (mild-moderate hills) followed by the run around the outdoor track. The Youth Splash and Dash provides a safe and fun environment for those 6-18 years old to compete in a duathlon.There will be three different age groups with varying swim and run distances.
