_ The 2018 Storm Lake Bike & Run:
Welcome to the 38th annual ride-run event! Water stops along route. Water and fresh fruit will be provided to participants at the finish line area. Two contestants enter with one bicycle. One rides ahead and leaves the bike for his/her partner. First team to complete route and cross the finish line together wins. Teams must finish together and on the same bike they started with at the start line! No support crews allowed. Cars discouraged along route and particularly on Highway 110 & C65. No drafting on bikes. Stay on right side of road until final leg on Lakeshore Drive. (This is a road race; stay on the road DO NOT follow the bike path after passing the Cobblestone building.)
The fee is $30 per runner. $60 per Team.
Winning team in each gender category (male/male, female/female, female/male) receive award.
