_ The 2018 Be Kind To Your Mind Run:

The 2nd annual BE KIND to YOUR MIND 5K, 10K, Family Fun Run and Obstacle Course Just for Kids will be held at Edness Kimbell Wilkins State Park  just outside Casper, WY on Saturday, June 16, 2018. Runners and walkers are encouraged to register for the 5K, the 10K, the Family Fun Run, or any combination. Start times are 7 a.m. for the 10K, 8 a.m. for the 5K, and 9 a.m. for the Family Fun Run. The Family Fun Run and Obstacle Course sponsored by Sensational Kids is free for all participants and certificates of completion will be awarded. We are a pet friendly but please be respectful of your fellow runners and walkers and park rules and keep pets leashed.

Register only for the 5K or 10K, or pay full price and get an AWESOME t-shirt and medal. Already have plans for June 16? Don't worry, we have you covered because there is a VIRTUAL race option. Register to run or walk on your own time and we will send you a bib, medal and t-shirt when you email a photo of yourself making strides. 

Proceeds from the Be Kind to Your Mind event will go entirely to benefit the Iris Clubhouse, a working community for adults with mental illness. The Iris Clubhouse is part of an international initiative to help support and sustain recovery. Your support and participation make a difference in our community as we transform lives through friendship, education, and perseverance.
