_ 2018 Front Runners New York Indoor Triathlon at Chelsea Piers:
Join us for a perfect pre-season triathlon and use the amazing Chelsea Piers facilities and classes for the rest of the day. Plus this race is a great fundraiser for the FRNY multisport program. But the biggest reason: IT'S REALLY FUN.
All races are sprint distance: 750-yard swim, 10-mile spin bike or CompuTrainer ride and 3-mile run.
The 750-yard swim is in a 25-yard, 6-lane pool, 10-mile bike is using a studio cycle or your own bike on a Computrainer for those that prefer to use their own bike. The 3-mile run is 12 loops of a ¼-mile indoor track.
