_ The 2018 Hastings YMCA Spring Triathlon:
• Join us on Saturday May 12th, 2018 for our annual Spring Triathlon.
• The race will be composed of a 400 yard swim, 12.2 mile bike ride and 3.1 mile run.
• Individual and team divisions available.
Course Information:
Swim 400 Yards - Bike 12.2 Miles - Run 3.1 Miles
Compete as an individual or team.
• Swim takes place in the 16th Street Y POOL.
• Bike will occur on open roads and sidewalks around Lake Hastings and Lochland residential area.
• Run on the streets around Lake Hastings.
