Splash N' Dash! A 300 meter swim followed by a 5k (3.1 mile) run. Race
starts at Martin Luther King Jr. Recreational Park, Silver Springs, MD
with a pool swim, then heads out to the MLK Jr. Perimeter Trail and
Paint Branch Trail for the run. This is a great first timer event as
well as a good tune up for experienced athletes.
