Distances:
Sprint Triathlon: 440 yard Swim, 10.6 mile Bike, 5K Run
Duathlon: Duathlon athletes will run 1 mile, cycle 10.6 miles, and then run 3.1 miles to finish.
Amenities: Finisher medal, colorful event shirt, accurately measured and well monitored course. Post race food tent, beer, and live entertainement. Registering by10 days before the race ensures proper t-shirt size.
Awards: Sprint Triathlon - Top three overall, top masters, and the top three in each division, male and female.
Relay Teams - Top three teams in each of the following categories: All Male, All Female, and Mixed.

Course Information:
Course:
SWIM - The 440 yard swim course is a rectangular shaped course in Lake Minneola. The projected water temperature is expected to be 82-84. Wetsuit use is in accordance with USAT rules.
BIKE - The bike course travels clockwise around Lake Minneola with the 11 mile cyclists riding an additional 3 miles in the residential area of Clermont.
RUN - The run course is an out and back course on the South Lake Trail.
Directions:
Directions: Clermont is located 20 minutes west of Orlando at the intersection of US HWY 27 and State Road 50. From State Road 50 in Clermont, take East Avenue north one mile to Palm Avenue and the entrance to Waterfront Park. Waterfront Park is on the southern shores of Lake Minneola.
