Filthy 5K-ish Mud Run (Un-timed): The event that kicks off Dominion Energy Riverrock with some down and dirty fun. It's not just a trail run with rugged terrain! Be prepared to climb, crawl and leap over other natural obstacles along the course.
Belle Isle Blitz: New Event! Chip timed trail 5K-ish with a similar course as the Filthy 5K-ish but no mud pit so you can spend your time focusing on the trails! Less actual mud not guaranteed
James River Scramble: During your 6ish mile trail run you'll get to experience firsthand some of RVA's best outdoor gems including the Canal Walk, the James River Park System, Belle Isle, and the Floodwall.
Bust the Banks Half Marathon: Prepare to take on Richmond's urban single track system on foot. It'll be gritty, and it's gonna be dirty, but it's not an event you want to miss. Dodge tree limbs, climb banks, coast downhill, and navigate to the finish. Run the banks alongside rapids, rocks, and see some amazing views of the city skyline.
Trail Takedown: Take on the challenge of completing 19+ trail miles over the course of the weekend, with the James River Scramble on Saturday, May 19, at 9am and Bust the Banks Half Marathon on Sunday, May 20, at 8am!
Ultimate Trail Trio: New Event Challenge! Take on the ultimate trail challenge of completing 3 running events in as many days, with the Belle Isle Blitz (5K-ish) on Friday, May 18, at 7:15pm, the James River Scramble on Saturday, May 19, at 9am, and Bust the Banks Half Marathon on Sunday, May 20, at 8am!
