Litchfield Hills Triathlon, Duathlon & Aqua/Bike Brodie Park, West Hill Lake, New Hartford, CT Start Time - 7:30 am Olympic Distance: 1-mile swim in crystal clear lake water, stunning mountain vistas along the 25-mile bike course, and rural back roads during the 10K run. The Duathlon and Aqua/Bike races will run simultaneously with the triathlon on the same courses.
