Balaclava Blitz! Winter Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon

9:00 a.m. at Bayside Park
For the Love of Winter! Test your competitive race skills with this new addition to Colchester’s race series. Brave the cold, snowy conditions in this sprint Winter Triathlon, featuring a 3K running course, 5.6K fat tire biking course, and 5K of Nordic skiing around the Bayside Park area. Don't have a fat tire bike? Consider a duathlon! The duathlon will include only the run and Nordic ski courses.
Racers must be 16 years of age or older. All racers receive overall finish time and refreshments.

- Individual Men (Ages 16 – 29)
- Individual Women (Ages 16 – 29)
- Individual Men (Ages 30+)
- Individual Women (Ages 30+)
ENTRY FEE: $45/person [Triathlon] | $35/person [Duathlon]

Details will be posted to the official event page. All racers will receive a pre-race email with logistics for packet pick-up, parking, transition zone setup, and race rules.
The course runs through the Upper Bayside Park area, near the softball field and practice field. Parking available at the Colchester High School, 131 Laker Lane, Colchester, VT 05446.
Race begins at 9:00 AM.
