_ 2018 Bryan Health Indoor Triathlon:
Whether you are new to triathlon or an experienced athlete, this event is a great way to introduce yourself to the sport, or test your endurance and check the progress of your training.

Swim – 10 minutes
The swim will be completed in the Bryan LifePointe lap pool. Score will be measured by lengths (up and back is two lengths).
Transition One – 10 minutes
You have a total of 10 minutes to exit the pool, change clothes (if you wish) and be at your stationary bike. You may change out of your swimsuit in the locker room. The transition time is considered free time.
Bike – 30 minutes
Scoring will be based on overall average watts. Higher rpm + higher gear = higher watts. The athlete with the highest average watts (for all heats) will be awarded 100 points. All other athletes scores are a percentage of this based on their average watts.
Transition Two – 5 minutes
Participants may change from cycling to running gear if they wish.
Run – 20 minutes
The run will be completed on a treadmill. The speed is up to the participant. Score will be measured by distance in miles.
