Making its debut in the TrySports Triathlon Series, the 9th Event of the 2011 Series is headquartered at Charlotte Latin School. The 500m swim takes place in the 50 meter pool at the nationally recognized Mecklenburg Aquatics Center (MAC). The 12-mile bike course winds through nearby neighborhoods following the rolling hills of pristine golf courses and wide neighborhood streets. The 5K run exits onto neighborhood streets, returning to finish on campus by the MAC.
