Based on the new Ironman Series book and taught by the book's author, this is the "Cadillac" of open water swim preparation for triathletes that are new to the sport or have issues with the swim. You have to learn to be calm before you can learn to go fast and Fearless Swimming will show you how.  For some this is a life-changing class! We teach the skills in a patient, step-by-step manner and no one is left behind.

This class is learning intensive and at the end athletes will be able to demonstrate competence in The Fearless Swimming Skillset. An optional 500M or 1000M swim is available to participants. Over an hour of lecture, plus a Zoot wetsuit demo then plenty of water time learning skills crucial to being comfortable at your next race. Learn about equipment that will keep you comfortable, anxiety management skills, how to swim straight and troubleshooting common fear factors.
You will learn so much you will be looking forward to getting into the water to try the strategies.
