Course Information:

Swim: 1/2 mile swim in Lake Sebago, buoyed, life guards, waves of 100 or fewer.

Bike: 16 mile loop, mostly rolling hills, also including a breathtaking, freewheeling 2.5 mile downhill. followed by a very challenging 1.5 mile uphill climb.

Run: 3.1mi run on scenic jeep trails, shaded and traffic free.
