Course Information:


  • Start with an 800 meter pool swim at UK's Lancaster Aquatic Center with 10 second interval staggered start (or a 2 mile run for the du)
  • Followed by an 18.5 mile no-draft bike through suburban areas to horse country.
  • Finish with a 4 mile run featuring the Arboretum.
  • Chip timing.

  • Our transition area is in the Commonwealth Stadium Parking lot between the Stadium and Cooper Drive.
