TriGREENville Sprint is back and better than ever! Last year this race was the rave in the STL area, and this year we promise even more "race" for your buck! Great swim water with no traffic (except competitors), fast bike down HWY 140, and then a run to keep the best and worst runners honest in the beautiful park trails. Partner with us again this year and encourage your friends as we host a race that is geared at encouraging fitness, competition, and also helping raise awareness and funds for a local youth center! Be a part of this event!
Course Information:
Swim .25 miles in flat water with gorgeous scenery all around.
Bike 13 miles (6.5 out and back) on the fast HWY 140...could post a great ride rate if you want it :)
Run 3.1 miles through our trail system in the park (part dirt, grass, and gravel). This run is challenging but we love it, and after testing athletes on it last year (3 races here in 2010) it is confirmed that this race is fun with the perfect mix of a challenge and enjoyment.
