Newly-designed 750 meter warm lake swim.

16 mile hilly but manageable ROAD BIKE course

5K trail run, entirely within the park.

Directions:

From Charlottesville:

Take Route 29 South;

Turn left onto Route 708 (Red Hill Road);

Turn right onto Route 631 (Old Lynchburg Road);

The park is 12 mile on the left.
