Description
(All ages!) Every year hundreds of people in the Valley celebrate the start of the New Year by accepting the Roanoke 100 Miler challenge. Commit to walking 100 miles in just 100 days. Certain aerobic activities, such as pilates, yoga, biking, or fitness classes, can count as ?miles? as well. Throughout the challenge, you will receive weekly encouraging emails with wellness tips, be invited to join a private Facebook page to share your experience with other 100 Milers, join us for walks every other Saturday, and group adventures like roller skating and rock climbing! Plus, local sponsors donate dozens of prizes to be won all along the way! We'll help you track your miles and offer support every step of the way. For more information, call 540-853-1027.
