Course Information:
Each swimmer in each division will have a delayed start of 15 seconds behind the previous swimmer. The swim is 500 yards in an indoor pool. Once the last lap is completed, the swimmer will use the adjacent stairs to exit the pool and continue towards the transition area. Bikers will exit the transition area and ride on Akins Blvd toward Sweet Heart Circle. The bike course is 5 laps. The run course is 3 laps around the nature trail around the RAC.
