_ 2018 New York Duathlon Series - Hudson Valley - Race #1:
Start & End your season with this fun duathlon series. A great speed work out for veterans and a perfect beginner level event for those considering entering the world of multi-sport. Individuals and relay teams are welcome.
Held in Kenneth Wilson State Park in Mt. Tremper, NY near Woodstock. 2 hours north of NYC. This lovely course will start and finish in the park on the same course as the Hudson Valley Triathlon Club.
2 mile run, 12 mile bike(hilly), 2 mile run.
Overall and age group awards will be presented immediately following race.
Event is USAT sanctioned. All USAT rules and regulations apply. There is no refund for this event. Held rain or shine.
Course Information:
The run course will follow orange discs to one mile turn around cone and return on same course all within the state park grounds.
Bike course will take 6 right hand turns. Exit T1, right turn on to Wittenberg Road, right turn on Coldbrook Road, right turn on to State Route 28, right turn on to State Route 212, right turn on to Wittenberg Road, right turn in to Kenneth Wilson State Park and enter T2.

Enter all three Southern Tier races of the season; April 28, May 12 and October 13 for series awards.
