Calling active kids that want to join in a fun competition, stay fit and learn new skills!
Saturday, August 18, 2018. Race begins at 9am. Transition open at 7am. Pre-race meeting begins at 8:30am in which all athletes are required to attend and must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
Swim in beautiful Cassadaga Lake, cycle around the lake (all right hand turns, never crossing traffic) and run along Dale Drive next to the Lake. Parents are able to join along and stay next to their children for 5 & under participants only.
11 & Under: Swim - 100 Meters, Bike - 3 Miles, Run - 1 Mile.
Ages 12 - 17: Swim - 200 Meters, Bike - 6 Miles, Run - 1 Mile
Age group awards and wave starts as follows: 16 & 17yr old, 14 & 15, 12 & 13, 10 & 11, 8 & 9, 6 & 7, 5 & UNDER.
Race is USAT sanctioned and one day event insurance coverage is required and purchased at registration on race day if not an active USAT member. All USAT rules and regulations apply. There is no refund for this event. Held rain or shine.
Award ceremony following race.
T-shirts will be FREE to the first 100 participants.
Course Information:
Swim will start and finish at the Cassadaga Beach.
Bike will take the following route: one loop for 11& under, 2 loops for 12 - 17.
Begin at basketball court on Park Avenue, right turn on to Maple Avenue. Right turn on to Frisbee Road, right turn on to Dale Drive. Right turn on to Park Avenue and transition at basketball court.
Run will exit park traveling down Park Ave. Left hand turn on to Dale Drive. To distance marker and back to finish line.

Directions: One hour south of Buffalo and one hour north of Erie, PA. NYS Thruway,Exit 59, Dunkirk/Fredonia. Take NY Route 60 to Cassadaga, right at light on to Maple Ave. 1st right is Park Ave. Start/Finish Line. From I-86 take Exit 12, Jamestown. Follow Route 60 to Cassadaga. Left at light on to Maple Ave. 1st right is Park Ave.
Parking for event is across Maple Ave. on Mill St. - Cassadaga Fire Department.
