_ The View 2017 Fall Indoor Triathlon
• Participants must register by November 3rd to get a Triathlon T-shirt
• Registration sheets are at the front desk
• Registration is $20 if participant signs up before November
• Registration is $30 if participants sign up from November 1st to 12th
• Registration is $40 if participants sign up on or after November 13th
Course Information:
Sprint Indoor Triathlon
• First set of 4 participants will begin at 11am Nov 18th and groups of 4 start every 30 minutes thereafter
• All ages welcome
• All participants have the luxury of going at their own pace while competing side by side in their heat
• Winners and placement will be determined by total distance traveled in the allotted time
• We begin with 10 min in pool, 15 min transition, 20 min on treadmill, 5 min transition, 30 min on bike
