This course consists of an ocean swim in water temperatures ranging from 58 to 62 degrees. Wetsuits are highly recommended. The bike portion is a non-draft legal, 2 loop closed course which is very flat and fast. ANSI approved safety helmets are mandatory for all bicycle riders. The run course is a 1 loop, flat course with three aid stations with water and sport drink available.
