Course Information:
- The swim is an 800 meter/.5 mile swim in the Silver Strand State Beach Bay. The water temperature will average 58 degrees.
- The bike course will be a flat and fast 20km/ 12.4 mile bike course that will consist of one loop on Hwy 75.
- The run course is an approximate 5km/3.1 mile course on a dirt trail. The run will be composed of one out-and-back loop.
