This is a fun mini triathlon held at the Bayouland YMCA to promote health and fitness in the community. Athletes will enjoy a 200 yard indoor pool swim, followed by a fast and flat 12 mile bike down a scenic bayou road, and a fast 2 mile run through a close neighborhood. This is a great triathlon for beginners and seasoned triathletes.
