_ 2017 YMCA Women's Sprint Triathlon
This annual event takes place in Middletown, MD in late September. The course consists of a 300 yard pool swim, followed by a 10 mile bike on rolling hills with a fast downhill finish, and a two lap 5K run through the Middletown Park.

I-70 E
Take exit 42 for MD-17 towardMyersville/Middletown Rd
Continue on MD-17 S. Drive to Schoolhouse Dr inMiddletown
From East:
I-695 W toward I-70 W/Towson
Merge onto I-695 N
Take exit 16-16A-16B to merge onto I-70 Wtoward Frederick
Keep left to stay on I-70 W
Take exit 49 for US-40 Alt toward Braddock Heights/Middletown
Follow US-40 ALT W to Schoolhouse Dr inMiddletown
