Against the Tide is a multi-sport event in support of the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition. This inspiring, family-friendly event includes USATF-certified 5K and 10K runs, along with competitive and recreational 1 mile swims, a 2 mile kayak, a 3 mile fitness walk and an Aquathon. All proceeds benefit the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition's mission of breast cancer prevention.

7:00AM -- Registration Opens. Please plan to visit the registration tent at least 1 hour in advance of the first event activity you will be participating in.
8:30AM -- 1 mile Competitive Swim/Aquathon
8:30AM -- USATF Certified 5K/10K Runs
8:50AM -- 3 mile Walk
9:45AM -- 1 mile Recreational Swim
10:45AM -- 2 mile Kayak
11:30AM -- Closing Ceremony
