_ 2017 Badass Batch Bootcamp & Free Drink Social:
Welcome to the second event of Badass Batch Fit Club. Badass Running Company wants you off the couch and Batch Gastropub wants you to know that Sports Bars aren't just for watching sports, they are for participating too!
Badass Batch Bootcamp is a 60 minute circuit training style bootcamp in which you are led through multiple types of exercises going from one to the next at a quick pace. We are fortunate to have Carmine Scandura, Owner of High Speed Dirt Fitness to be our Badass lead Instructor along with Steven Spitz of Badass Running Company who will probably just be doing a lot of yelling at you (Just Kidding, Maybe). The entire event will take place on the grass of the marketplace's beautiful amphitheater but registration check-in is at Batch Gastropub from 5:45 to 6:20PM and then we will all walk over to the location together.
Things to bring: A towel and bottle of water with electrolytes.
