This is the 10th anniversary of this event! Honoring our EMS, Police, Fire and military HEREOS that put thier lives on the line every day just to make ours safer and better.
The kids' race will be held on friday night
Course Information:
Seeded time trial swim start (fastest to slowest swimmers) - swimmers go down and back in each lane.
Bike course is moderatley hilly - 15 mile out and back on open roads with police & volunteer support at all intersections.
Run is 5 k loop - quite hilly, partially on paved path and partially on dirt road.
