2008 Loggerhead Sprint Triathlon:
The Loggerhead Triathlon is one of the longest enduring triathlons in the State of Florida. Dating back to 1985, triathletes have made the trip to Jupiter year after year to enjoy the magnificent Oceanside setting, the family-friendly atmosphere, and the competition. Presented by the Triathlon Club of the Palm Beaches for all of those years, the Loggerhead Triathlon has spawned some of the top triathletes in the United States.
This marks the 22nd year that the Triathlon Club of the Palm Beaches has partnered with the Jupiter Tequesta Juno Beach Chamber of Commerce to present the Loggerhead Triathlon. While the Triathlon Club delivers years of experience and professionalism to the event, the Chamber brings hundreds of volunteers, an understanding of the obligation to fulfill the needs of all the competitors, and excitement. The Chamber is truly excited about the opportunity to this well-established event with an excellent reputation to a higher level.
Course Information:
- Ocean swim;
- bike two laps to Loggerhead Park;
- flat run.

- Carlin Park, Ocean Road, Jupiter (1/4 mile South of Indiantown Road)

- Turn right 1/4 mile to Carlin Park.

- Jupiter is in eastern Florida, 58 miles north of Ft Lauderdale.
