Come join hosts Germantown Academy and Greater Philadelphia Track Club on Tuesday evening August 1st for a Cross Country 5K race through Germantown Academys beautiful campus! Enjoy open fields, dirt and wood chip paths through shaded forests, wooden bridges over creeks, and two large log crossings on their spike-friendly course! Sanctioned by USATF, this event is open to all ages and abilities. Sign up as a team or unattached. Each team must be single gender with a minimum of 3 participants. You can register as many runners for your team as you wish - top 3 score. Awards (provided by GPTC member Johnny King-Marino and Advanced Sports Chiropractic) are: Overall Male and Female; Overall Masters (40+) Male and Female; Top 3 Male and Female Teams; Age-Group (3 deep Male and Female) 10 & under, 11-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34 ... 100-104! Check-in for participants will open at 5pm on August 1st. Race will start promptly at 6:30pm. However, if the number of pre-entrants exceeds what the course can handle in one race, there will be two races, with women at 6:30pm and men at 7:15pm.
