  • Come join all the fun and excitement as you compete with some of your friends co-workers, or family members on some of the best beaches in the state.
  • Athletes and spectators alike will enjoy fresh brewed Hawaiian coffee, smoothies and plenty of finger food. At our expo you will experience a nice home town feeling. We will have some great music to get all the athletes in the racing mood.

  • Park gates open at 7:00 a.m....
  • Party starts at 7:01 a.m....
  • Transition Opens at 8:00 a.m....
  • Long course starts at 9:00 a.m...
  • Sprint starts after last Long course wave... approx. 9:20 a.m.....
  • Sprint : 400 meter ocean swim, 3k run.......
  • Long course 1000 meter ocean swim, 6k run.....
  • Two person relay team options available too!

    • Directions:

  • 101 freeway take Seaward Exit to Harbor blvd. go North on Harbor, left on San Pedro rd.
