Course Information:
Pool swim in heats; run is mostly on unpaved bike path-a couple of gentle rises, mostly flat and shady; bicycle portion is on well maintained, paved highway, low traffic, no hills-flat and fast.
Directions:
Paducah is 6 hours due south from Chicago. 1.45 minutes, northwest of Nashville; 3 hours northeast of Memphis; 4 hours west of Lexington.
I-24 to exit 4 onto Highway 60 east for 2 miles. Turn left, by the baseball fields, into Noble Park.
