Course Information:
Pristine lake swim, bike course 4 lane highway closed to traffic, run is shaded and flat on paved trail Perfect for your first race or PR. Proceeds will benefit the Make a Wish Foundation
Directions:
Nockamixon State Park is along PA 563, just off of PA 313, five miles east of Quakertown and nine miles west of Doylestown. The main entrances are along PA 563 and can be reached from PA 309 and PA 313, or from the north on PA 412.
get there early on race morning to ensure a good parking spot

We need your help! Participants know a race cant be put on without volunteers. Our volunteers have been lauded by participants as some of the best in the country. We need your help make sure this happens again this year.
Volunteers are needed for support at registration, in the transition area, on the course, and at the finish line.
Athletes who provide volunteers for race set-up or on race day including clean up will receive a registration discount.
