_ 2017 Terrapin Sprint Triathlon & 5K:
The Terrapin Triathlon is back for 2017 and we are excited for newcomers and returners to join us on the course! Triathlons are a great way to start or maintain a fitness program as it includes, swimming, biking and running. If you aren't sure you are ready to complete a full triathlon by yourself, don't worry. Grab a few friends and form a relay team or join us for the first ever 5k at this event! We encourage anyone to participate in this wonderful event.
*Must be 14 years or older to compete in the triathlon
Course Information:
The Terrapin Triathlon consists of a 400 meter pool swim, 12 mile bike ride around the University of Maryland, and 5K run.
The 5K race will be run on the 5K course. See our website for more course information.
