This 2 day workshop is for new swimmers that are comfortable in the water but struggle to get across the pool. Learn to swim more efficiently using Total Immersion based instruction to rebuild your stroke from the bottom up.
Each participant will have a before and after video analysis which will be posted on Youtube.com to enjoy as often as you wish.
Coach Ingrid Loos Miller is a USAT Level 1 coach, former ocean lifeguard and author of "Fearless Swimming for Triathletes".
