2011 Niantic Bay Triathlon:

  • The Amica Niantic Bay Triathlon is a flat, sprint distance race with a 12 mile swim, 12-mile bike, and 3.5-mile run.
  • The entire race is at sea level.
  • Register early! This race will sell out!
  • Start Time: 7:30 am at McCook Beach Park, Niantic

  • Flat, sprint distance triathlon.
  • Swim is a loop course in Niantic Bay, an ocean bay with no waves or strong currents.
  • Bike is a 12-mile loop through scenic East Lyme with water views and shaded streets.
  • The run is 3.5 miles through the beach community of Niantic; mostly paved roads with a spectacular run across the Bluff to a beach finish.
  • The entire race is at sea level.
