The YMCA Spirit, Mind, and Body features a Duathlon, Sprint, and Sprint team option. All courses are centered around scenic Scales Lake Park near Boonville, IN. All participants will receive a tech shirt and finisher medal as well as post race food.
Course Information:
The running portions will take place around the vicinity of Scales Lake. The bike course will begin inside the park but will head out and then east on County Rd 150N, north on Folsomville Road through the town of Folsomville and back.
