This year's Triathlon Beginner's Clinic will take place on Sunday, January 30 at the South Bend YMCA, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM. The day's agenda includes a guest speaker, small group information sessions, and snacks. You will learn about training techniques, nutrition, hydration and diet, available triathlon gear, and transition strategies. You will receive a reference guide with all kinds of useful information, nutrition samples, and other great giveaways. Come prepared for a fun and interactive experience!
