5K run through UAA and around Goose Lake. 6 Music/Dance stops where everyone dances to 80's music. Each Dance stop will have a team of 80's dance instructors to assist you in learning new 80's Dances.

Registration opens at 9:30am.
Dance Music starts at 11:00am
Run starts at noon.
The paved course is a combination of sidewalks and Multi-use trails.
Dress for the weather and trail conditions.
Parking is free on Saturdays at UAA. See Website: AEclubUAA.com for best parking options.
Bib pick up is the morning of the run.
You will need to sign the USATF insurance waiver.
Bring your own water bottle if you want/need water while on course.
You will be running through UAA and most buildings will be open with restrooms and water.
Strollers are welcome. Please leave your pets at home.
You will be crossing streets, use crosswalks, safety first.
This is a non-timed event, so take your time, have fun and learn some dances from days gone by.
