We are now into our third year of the Williams Lake triathlon race. This race is one of a kind. From its pristine lake to a run through the cave. It is a race that triathletes at all levels will leave with a lasting memory.
Course Information:
The bike has short but manageable climbs. The run is on trail with both single track and carriage road. No need for trail shoes but can be worn if necessary.
Directions:
From NYS Thruway (I-87) South:
Exit at 18 (New Paltz/Poughkeepsie). Make a left on Rt-299 West. Go through 3 additional lights and make a right on North Front Street (Intersection P&G's and Starbucks). Make a right onto Rt-32 North. Make a left at your first light in Rosendale (after blue bridge). Go through town and make a right on Binniewater Road. Go about 2 miles through the stop sign and Williams Lake Road is on the right. The road bends to the left and Williams Lake is straight. Volunteers will direct you where to park.
