2011 Arkansas State Triathlon Championships -

The first place male and female Arkansas residents in overall, 40-49 and 50+ divisions will be crowned Arkansas champions and will receive special awards!

Course Information:

Swim:

The swim will take place inside the park in the very clean and clear Wedington lake.

Swim course is a point to point.

One single transition area.

Bike:

The bike course has smooth, fast pavement on lightly traveled paved roads with flat and rolling terrain.

Expect one fairly significant climb.

Run:

The run course is completely inside the park.

It is a two-loop course on paved roads with a very tough hill on each lap, but with the remainder of the course on rolling, partially shaded terrain.
