EVENT DESCRIPTION:
SWIM: .25 mile (16 lengths) in our outdoor pool
BIKE: 13.22 mile loop on flat country roads north of Tremont
RUN: 5k (3.1 miles) on a flat closed course
Transition area will be located on Sampson Street. Finish will be in front of the Tremont Pool.
Race Limit: 250
Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female, male and female fastest individual splits (non team) for swim/bike/run, top 3 in each age group, fastest male and female Tremont finisher.
Packet Pickup: Friday 4-7 p.m. & Saturday 6:00 - 7:00 a.m. at Tremont Pool.

7:15 a.m. Pre-Race meeting at swim start
